A Simple, Streamlined Process
We’ve made it easier than ever to request your medical records. Patients can conveniently submit requests online through MediCopy by visiting MediCopy’s website and selecting “Submit an Online Authorization Form.” Most requests are completed and delivered within 3–5 days, depending on the size of the request.
